If you are a student who has issues with your password, please use the EC network self-service page to reset it and/or use the account unlock tool. If that doesn't work, you will have to contact the IT Help Desk at email@example.com or call/text 3137-MYECIT (313-769-3248). Faculty will also need to contact the IT Helpdesk for password issues.
